Donation Terms & Conditions

Your donation to The Heart Trust constitutes your immediate acceptance of the Donation Terms and Conditions.

Donation Methods

You may donate via Paypal or direct credit to The Heart Trust’s bank account as nominated on the website. 

Paypal Donations

Paypal policies and terms will determine how they deal with your information and the donation.  To the maximum extent permitted by law, we assume no responsibility for such transactions.

Direct credit  

You may make a one off or regular payments into The Heart Trust bank account.  Your donation will appear on your statement and additional fees may be charged for this service depending on the policies and terms of your bank.    


Official donation receipts will be issued in due course.

Donors are advised to satisfy themselves as to any applicable tax laws having regard to their individual circumstances in respect of donations made to The Heart Trust.  This may involve taking professional advice.

Donation Refunds

When a donation is made:

  1. You warrant that you have the capacity to make the donation and that the funds paid are entirely your own or under your control or authority to distribute. 
  2. The transaction is final, will not be reversed, and is not disputable.
